Tuesday, 31st August 2021 – Petroleum Authority of Brunei Darussalam (PA) in support of the Ministry of Health, organised the PA COVID-19 Goodwill Project as part of its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative in supporting the COVID-19 relief effort in Brunei Darussalam.
A handover ceremony was held at the Menglait Sports Complex and was attended by Yang Mulia Pengiran Adi Johan bin Pengiran Haji Annuar, Head of HSSE from Petroleum Authority and receiving the donation was a representative from the Ministry of Health.
A total of 50 individual care packages comprising of essential items including hygiene products, towels, blankets and dry food were donated along with several units of washing machines, rice cookers and other electrical items which will be distributed by Ministry of Health to isolation centre in Temburong and the upcoming isolation centre in Ma’had Islam in Tutong.
The initiative was made possible by the support and contributions from PA management and staff to the PA COVID-19 Goodwill fund.
