On 24th February 2024 a nationwide celebration was held in conjunction to Brunei Darussalam’s 40th National Day. The celebration was held at Hassanal Bolkiah National Stadium, Berakas. The theme for this year’s national day is “Bersatu Mencapai Cita Negara” (United to Achieve the National Goals).
Petroleum Authority of Brunei Darussalam (PA) participated in this year’s National Day celebration with a total of 51 representatives. The group was led by PA’s Managing Director Yang Mulia Shamir Salahudin.
Unity as one of PA’s Core Values is focused on working together as whole-of-nation approach in preserving value and wealth in accordance to the Maqasid Al-Syari’ah. Unity underscores the importance of cohesion among leaders, industry players, organizations, society and the people with togetherness as the key pillar of strength in facing challenges to achieve Wawasan 2035.
This year’s National Day celebration marked PA’s 5th participation since its establishment back in 2019.
